I will say from some experience, getting back up to speed is very hard once you've slowed down. Totally appreciate the glorious feeling of running along in life at a lower gear, but it wasn't easy getting back up to startup pace etc.
I can appreciate that. Right now I’m thinking I don’t ever want that pace again. Speaking purely personally, I found that the pace is often manic for the sake of mania, and that the long term goals of the company would have been better served by smooth steady progress.
